The Village Hall is located at the entrance to Five Oak Green Village within the Park Area with ample adjacent car parking.  The surrounding local parish park has a sports field, open orchard, and children’s playground.

 

The Hall is available for use, primarily by the local community.

The facilities and amenities

Within the facilities there is a large hall (200m2) with a capacity for 175 people with options for chairs and table arrangements. There is a meeting room (35m2) for more intimate use a kitchen with usual white goods equipment, storage units for regular users, male, female, and disability toiles with two team changing rooms accessible from the exterior of the building.

Activities & Participation

The Hall is in regular use by Pre-school and local clubs including Guides, Scouts, Bowling Group, Dog Owners Association, Line Dancing and is often booked for quarterly events, and individual parties, weddings, birthdays, and various celebrations. We are licenced for music, preparation of food, the consumption of alcohol is subject to compliance with statutory requirements.
