Arrangements to view the hall prior to hiring can be made through contacting the Hall Manager via email: capelhallhire@gmail.com.

Important information for hall hirers.

Please read the Booking information and Conditions of Booking before requesting to hire the hall.

Hire charges effective from 1st July 2023.

The charges below are for the minimum hire time of 3 hours.

 

Committee Room
Monday to Sunday – £7.00 per hour

Saturday night, 6:30 to 23:45 – £40.00

 

Main Hall
Monday to Sunday – £18.00 per hour

Saturday night, 6:30 to 23:45 – £120.00

 

Wedding packages etc. Main Hall and meeting room Friday evening (hours by arrangement) & Saturday 8:00 – 23:45: £300.00

 

As above but also includes Sunday until 11:00am for clearing away: £340.00
